SIPLACE Matrix Tray Changer (MTC)

With two independently operating stacks, the SIPLACE MTC features maximum flexibility and efficiency with access to up to 100 JEDEC matrix trays.

The trays are changed with no production interruption. They can even be refilled without having to stop the machine.

For your production, this means: Maximum performance with no slowdown.

The first stack holds five cartridges with up to six carriers each, with each carrier holding two JEDEC trays. The second stack holds four cartridges with 10 carriers each.

Each carrier holds one JEDEC tray. Integrated fill level controls and the use of cartridges make refills faster and easier.

Another special feature of the SIPLACE MTC: The first stack can hold not only standard JEDEC trays, but other formats with dimensions of up to 256 mm x 340 mm.
